PAYMENT POLICY
We accept payments via bank transfer. Our website will soon be accepting payments via credit and debit cards. Your order will go into processing once payment has been cleared to us.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Here at Razia Sultana, we ensure to deliver you a product at its finest quality. Since each clothing item is carefully crafted and made on order, we therefore do not offer any exchange or refund under normal conditions
In case you receive a damaged or faulty merchandise, you are encouraged to reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, and our Quality Department will probe this matter and get back to you.
After reviewing the product and based on our jurisdiction, we may offer you a ‘Conditional Exchange’ or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault. Furthermore, orders that are customized or given a discount will not qualify for a refund. We only take alterations reported in within a week after receiving the outfit.
COLOURS
We make sure to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website and digital media platforms. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or mobile phone’s screen will accurately display the colors.
