1. How do I place an order?
If you have found an item you like, select your size and add it to your shopping cart. If you are finished, you can click on the shopping cart and select ‘CHECK OUT.’ Make sure to review whether the information you have provided is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
2. Can I amend or cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of placing an order, you may call our customer care to cancel an item in return for store credit for future purchases; change the size or alter your billing & shipping details. However please note that we won’t entertain any requests that come in after the duration of 24 hours.
3. What is your exchange/refund policy?
Here at Razia Sultana, we ensure to deliver you a product at its finest quality. Since each clothing item is carefully crafted and made on order, we, therefore, do not offer any exchange or refund under normal conditions. In case you receive a damaged or faulty item, you are encouraged to reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, and our Quality Department will probe this matter and get back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you a ‘Conditional Exchange’ or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault. Furthermore, orders that are customized or given a discount will not qualify for a refund.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
Is my payment information secure? We accept payments via bank transfer. Our website will soon be accepting payments via credit and debit cards. Your order will go into processing once payment has been cleared to us. Yes, we are using secure payment methods.
5. Which countries does Razia Sultana ship to?
Razia Sultana offers worldwide shipping.
6. Do you offer same day or next day delivery?
For online orders, we unfortunately do not offer same day or next day delivery.
7. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For Premium Pret orders, 3-4 weeks. For Luxury Formal orders, 9-10 weeks. And for Bridal orders, 3-4 Months. However, if you need an urgent delivery you may send in a request via phone/text and our team may offer you an urgent delivery based on a premium charge.
8. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to reach out to our customer care by inquiring about your order status.
